Ladies 1, Gra, Anita, Ann and Lillian would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our guests who joined us for our Totally 80's fundraiser on Saturday.
A lot of thought and preparation went into making the day enjoyable for everyone. We are very grateful to everyone who joined us and made much needed donations to the club. We hope you enjoyed your trip back in time as much as we did. |

Ladies 2's Mad Hatter Fundraising Tea Party

Ashbourne Badminton club and in particular our wonderfully imaginative ladies 2 team of Brid, Clare, Katherine, and Melissa, would like to send out a huge big Mad Hatter Thank you to all who made today a great fundraising success for the club.
A big shout out to those who donated beautiful cakes, props, and drinks etc. to make today extra special.....and a huge thanks for the cash/cheque donations, and also to those who couldn't make it yet still donated. It will go a long way towards the continued success of this very friendly club.
A huge huge thanks to our superb hosts for the day, David, Isobel, lara and Elise- you were amazing and we couldn't have done it without you.
Finally, very well done to the incredible force behind the successful day. Ladies two put a lot of time, effort and huge creativity into the day. It was a huge success and very enjoyable day. Be very proud of what you have all done to get our fundraising off to a great and fun start to our season.
Today proves what a pleasure it is to be a part of such a fun, sociable and friendly Badminton club.
We look forward to meeting lots of new members in the coming weeks to join our fantastic club.
